Commando bear

My epic hero is Commando bear, who once was a normal panda bear who was laid back with not a care in the world. He was a son of a god and goddess, who were killed by a demon. He was one of six heirs for the throne. He was given a power of claws of death which could cut any substance and also he could speak and walk upright like a human. His mission, along with his three brothers and two sisters, was to seek and kill the demon who killed his parents, whoever did this first was the winner, and would claim the rightful position as a god.

One day when Commando bear was sitting watching his favorite soap opera on Animal World, he decided he needed to do what the character Pandima did and get even with the demon who killed his parents. So, he walked out of the bar he where he had been drinking bamboo shots, and onto the crowded trees of Woodland. He climbed for hours, trying to decide how he would find and kill the demon that had killed his godly parents when he was only a cub. Back then he had not a care in the world and he would play with his brothers and sisters for hours and hours.

He decided this was hopeless and climbed into another bar. He wasn’t in Woodland anymore. This place was full of bizarre hairless creatures called humans. He tried to run off as fast as he could, but someone saw him.

“Hey you!”

Commando bear just sat still. Didn’t know what was about to happen and he was scarred. Just then a godly looking figure snatched him up and spoke. “You don’t know why your here, do you? Well, I know exactly what you want to do, and I want to help you.” Commando bear just starred. “You want to kill the demon Herne, don’t you. You know, the demon who killed your parents?”

“I guess.” The whole bar roared with laughter. “I know you want to, I was sent down to give you a few powers, like the talking you just recently discovered, and the claws of death from you father.” “Hmm okay, so I can talk? What’s with the claws of death? What do they do?” “They can cut through any substance, quiet useful in any battle. Oh, also, you get to consult with me any time you need me. Thats what I’m here for.

Just like that, the strange character was gone. Then, an even worse thing happened. Herne was right there. Oh no. Herne spoke. “I heard of your plan,-” Commando bear thought fast. The claws of death. BAM!!!! Herne’s head was on the ground.

So, in the end Commando bear found his rightful place as a god with his family, and stayed in his room watching soap operas all day, hoping to learn some new moves from the lead character. After all, if he didn’t watch that soap on that faithful day, he would never would have seen the distraction move that Pandima pulled.

Why I Sould Move to Denver :]

I Want to Move to Denver

This summer I had the opportunity to go to Denver, Colorado.  All I did was hang out with my 60-something aunt, wire wrap some nice looking rocks, read Harry Potter books, go to health food stores, a few museums, and drink tea.  I haven’t always liked tea, in fact my obsession with the delightful drinking substance didn’t start until a couple of years ago, so when I went to Denver, I think I developed a deeper appreciation for tea.

When I was in sixth grade, I picked up my mom’s tea cup and took a sip without thinking.  It was raspberry tea.  As soon as my mom told me what it was, to my surprise I really liked it.  So I started drinking tea.  I thought it was weird at first, to get used to the herbal taste it has, but now tea is basically the only thing I drink.  In fact, I had a glass of peppermint tea this morning, and it was delicious.

Anyway, my Auntie Joan took me to the Celestial Seasonings factory this summer and my life has changed forever.  Who knew tea could be such fun?  We took the tour, got four free tea packets, and now my life is complete.  Celestial Seasonings has been in business for 40 years.  My favorite part of the tour was the mint room.  It is a small room with all kinds of powerful minty herbs.  One whiff, and it clears your sinuses and makes your eyes water. I had so much fun that day, and I think it would be fun to work at the Celestial Seasonings factory.

I also really love the museums in Denver.  My aunt took me to an art museum towards the end of the trip and it was a blast.  We got to meet some really nice local artists and learn how they make prints.  I really had a nice day that day as well.  It would be nice to go back some random Saturday, just to look around.

My Uncle John is a very shy, quiet fellow, but once you mention gardens to him, he’ll never stop talking.  He has the best garden I have ever seen in my life.  He grows grapes, raspberries, tomatoes, and everything else.  I would love to have a garden like his, but in order to complete such an accomplishment, I would have to move to Denver, right?

Now maybe you’re thinking, where would I live?  I think I can figure that out, I could live with a roommate for a little while.  Although I really rather not.  I can deal with it though.  I could even live outside of Denver; I don’t have to be in the heart of down town all the time.  Anyone who really knows me knows I love to be where the action is.  But I really don’t have to be there all the time.  I could manage living in Boulder.

I would be far away from you guys, sure, but I’ll write.  I think it would be a good thing to get to know the Adan side of the family.  Aunt Joan and Uncle John are healthy now, but they’re not getting any younger!  I’m sure I’ll be fine; you know I’m really responsible.  I won’t get into anything dangerous, but then there is the illegal tea trading, hmmmmm.
